In order to provide clients and future clients with service and general information on this site some personal data may be collected. This information is collected for the following purposes: contacting clients & providing inquiry feedback, communicating with site visitors & clients, marketing purposes (such as, but not limited to, understanding visitor demographics and marketing campaigns), as well as internal record keeping of business transactions.

This website is hosted by a shared host and run using WordPress CMS. By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about site visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some plugins used by this site may collect personal data.

Whilst we do not share or sell your data to third parties some website features and technical processes, such as plugins, may retain some of your personal data. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We want you to get in touch and make communicating with us as easy as possible. Whilst you can email us direct we also provide a quick and easy contact form for all service inquiries. This form is provided on this website through a third party plugin with some personal data collected in order for us to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected includes: contact name, business name, contact email address, phone number (if provided but not necessary), and the contents of your request. Information collected will be clearly stated on the contact form.

Information collected via the contact form will not be used for marketing purposes and no contact will be made via the provided email address and/or phone number for purposes beyond the inquiry information unless subsequent permission is provided by the site visitor.

All personal information collected via the contact form will be held for 6 months only. At which time all information will be discarded. If you would like your information removed sooner please email info@copperhazeproductions.com.au.

Information provided via the contact form will not be shared or sold to third parties (beyond the previous stipulated contact form plugin information above). Information regarding the contact form plugin's privacy policy are provided on the plugins site.

Cookies

Ninja Forms

We use Ninja Forms as our contact page form. This form collects the data that you input so we can accurately get back to your request. This data is sent to Copperhaze Productions via an email. Every 12 months these old emails will be deleted from our email account. We will retain, in a spreadsheet, your name and contact details whilst we contact you regarding future work and/or complete a project. We will not use these details to contact your for any other reason unless we notify you directly of any change. We will not and do not share your information with any third parties. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For visitors that submit an inquiry via the contact form, this data will be kept for no longer than 6 months. Client and customer transaction details will be kept for 10 years due to Australian tax records requirements. Analytics data will be kept for up to 2 years for comparison purposes.

Copperhaze Productions data is stored on a shared central server located in a secure location in Sydney Australia. Regular host back-ups are performed as well as regular off-site secure backups of externally held data solely by the business owner located in a separate location of Sydney Australia. Only the owner of Copperhaze Productions and our server administrators have access to this information. It is not shared with any third parties.
